Nanohana Line ni Norikaete is an NHK Drama SP broadcasted on 9 October 2013 (Official English title: Transfer to the Local Yellow Line; Literal title: Transfer to the Rape Blossom Line). It stars Fukuishi Kazue who plays Honda Kaori, an international flight attendant who had lost her job and got dumped by her boyfriend. Feeling down, she goes back home to her hometown of Otaki in Chiba Prefecture. Her mother Yoriko (Asada Miyoko) suggests that she help out in their family business of sake brewing. However, the proud Kaori refuses, saying she prefers to find "real work". Then, she decides to spend all of her savings worth 7 million on training fees required to become a train driver for the local yellow train, the Kazami Line. She meets fellow trainees: Kouzaki Kazuya (Ishiguro Ken), a former elite salaryman who had decided to start a new life in the countryside, and Kamogawa Zenzaburo (Umemiya Tatsuo), a somewhat suspicious older man with a hint of arrogance yet cheerful air about him. In the course of the next several months, Kaori strives to become the town's first female train driver...

The town is known for its association with Edo period general Honda Tadakatsu." It is known for producing shiitake mushrooms and bamboo roots. Tourism attractions include Otaki Castle and the surrounding forests.
