Lymphoma . According to wiki, "a type of blood cancer that occurs when (...) white blood cells that form a part of the immune system and help protect the body from infection and disease, divide faster than normal cells or live longer than they are supposed to. Lymphoma may develop in the lymph nodes, spleen, bone marrow, blood or other organs and eventually they form a tumor... Treatment might involve chemotherapy and in some cases radiotherapy and/or bone marrow transplantation, and lymphomas can be curable depending on the histology, type, and stage of the disease."

Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Kota's sister became his donor to treat his cancer. It means her multipotent hematopoietic stem cells were "harvested" and transplanted to Kota, deriving from either her bone marrow or peripheral blood. Risks for the donor include after-effects of the drugs and the access procedures.

Danburi's Notes:
"I also make several servings in the pot (Step 1 & 3) along with vegetables and small pieces of chicken.
Let it cool and put each serving in a small microwavable tupperware and keep in refrigerator.
When you’re ready to eat, heat the mixture in the microwave 600W for about a minute and then put egg (step 3) and follow the step 4."
