# Izakaya Shinkansen 2 (Jan - March 2024, MBS, TBS). The Bistro on the Bullet Train is back with its second season, along with internal auditor of a non-life insurance company, Takamiya Susumu (Mashima Hidekazu) and his secret enjoyment. That is, to enjoy eating local gourmet food on the Shinkansen on his way home from his one day business trips. This time, he will savor the local sake and side dishes, ekiben, and even sweets of towns and cities of the Chubu region, like Kanazawa, Fukui, Tsuruga and Nagano, on board the Hokuriku Shinkansen and Joetsu Shinkansen lines.
