"Kenshiro ni Yoroshiku" is a DMM TV original, based on the manga with the same name, by Jasmine Gyuh (Fall 2023). It is about Nukamura Koichi (Matsuda Ryuhei), who as a young boy got abandoned by his mother because of her lover, yakuza boss Kimura (Nakamura Shido). Filled with thoughts of revenge, Koichi plans to kill Kimura. He decides to emulate his favorite manga "Fist of the North Star" by using the Hokuto Shinken killing technique of striking pressure points on Kimura's body. For ten years he trained for that moment. One day, he was able to deliver the strikes but it did not work. He then decides to take up massage therapy and eventually became a professional therapist with his own massage facility. He soon meets Sakamoto Rika (Nishino Nanase), a massage therapy student. She is forced to work nights at a sex shop since she has to pay bills including medical fees for her bedridden father. Koichi decides to hire her as his assistant. Rika finds him harsh with a cold demeanor but is amazed by his massage skills. She soon learns of Koichi's ambition to assasinate his mother's lover...
