Story 1. "Terror on the Second Floor"
Starring: Suzuki Fuku, YOU, Kusamura Reiko
Synopsis: Gradeschooler Hatano Ryu (Suzuki) could see that there are others, aside from his mother and grandmother, who live in their house. He's the only one who can see them, most especially the spooky woman on the second floor. He tries to tell his mother but instead of believing him, she dismisses it as mere childhood fantasy. Mad at his mother, Ryu tries to live with the spooky presence until one day, from at the bottom of the stairs, he looks up and sees something approaching him from upstairs...
Story 2: "X Hospital"
Starring: Fujigaya Taisuke, Emoto Tokio, Yoshida Yo
Synopsis: Young intern Sasaki Naoki (Fujigaya) seems unsure of himself on whether he is cut out to becoming a confident doctor. Not only that, he has been experiencing strange things lately, at the northern university hospital he works in. One of his colleagues tells him of the rumor that says ever since the hospital had been rebuilt into the shape of a cross, strange things have been happening. Most particularly, at the end of the hall of each the hospital's four wings, horrific things have been experienced...
Story 3. "Hint of a Shadow"
Starring: Fukada Kyoko, Hiraiwa Kami, Asaka Mayumi
Synopsis: Toyama Miwa (Fukada) was unhappy with her clerical job and wants to find the work she would be most interested in - to work at a travel agency. However, lately she has been seeing a black shadow floating about and going into places where bad things will soon happen. One day, she sees a black shadow go inside her grandfather's hospital ward. Pretty soon, her grandfather dies. And now, she feels troubled as she sees a similar shadow again during her job interview for a travel company...
Story 4: "Girls High School Major Panic"
Starring: Sakaguchi Kenji, Shinkawa Yua, Yamada Shintaro, Kino Hana
Synopsis: Sawaki Yosuke (Sakaguchi) has been seeing a crack on the ground of the parking lot at the girls high school where he teaches. It appears to be growing bigger every time he sees it. Bothered, he nevertheless goes about his business, until he confiscated a smartphone from one of his students. She had uploaded a ghost video in an underground website. It was that of an unknown female student jumping off the building in their school. But as soon as the girl hits the ground, she had disappeared. Was it real or a well-made prank video? But then, other weird things have also started occurring around the school lately...
Story 5: "The Doll That Moves"
Starring: Sashihara Rino, Okamoto Rei, Ozawa Ryota
Synopsis: Sonoda Rina (Sashihara) is just recovering from a failed romance when she spots a tin soldier doll from a store. Feels drawn by it, she buys the doll and takes it home. However, after a night of group dating, her best friend comes over to stay for the night at her place. Her friend sees the doll, but finds it creepy. Rina does not see anything odd about it even if the doll had seemed to have moved mysteriously by itself the next morning. But then, a new suitor comes over as well, and odd things also happen to him concerning that doll. Rina finally realizes something is wrong and decides to discard the doll. However, that night...
