Kodoku no Gurume (Season 9): Subbing Project (Complete)

Kodoku no Gurume Season 9 (Summer 2019, TV Tokyo). Goods merchant and food lover, Inogashira Goro (Matsushige Yutaka) is back in Season 9. Goro goes about his work while trying meals in shops along the way. In Season 9, the drama will be focusing on small, family-run restaurants, and will be delving even deeper into "solo dining", which is being re-evaluated and re-focused by the Corona virus pandemic. Along with a selection of the best restaurants, the drama also revisits some of the nostalgic ones that were once featured. What kind of town will Goro find himself in, and what kind of gourmet delights will he encounter? Watch out for Goro's gourmet choices, there's no doubt that you'll be hungry. And enjoy stories of the show's nine years of history, past and present!

Author Qusumi Masayuki also returns with his "Furatto Qusumi" segment as well, visiting featured shops, and getting to know the real shopowners.
