The Featured Shop.
Quántái Xiǎochībù [全台小吃部] means "Taiwan Refreshment". Sadly, just before the airing of this episode, the owner (and the main cook) suddenly passed away due to illness, and so the shop is closed temporarily to make time for bereavement, and to plan what to do in the future. It seems the owner was taught by his father who was well-known in the area as a great cook, and is probably the one who started the shop. Above pic is the late owner and his wife, along with Matsushige Yutaka during filming.
