Someone in d-addicts said the subs doesn't show up for the first few minutes using vlc. But when he opened the file using Wordpad, he deleted the 'Face Down' lyrics at the start and it worked fine. You can do that if you like.
But i still suggest you download the latest version of vlc (so you can watch with ease other subs in the future). Older versions of vlc don't work on ass subs that has lines that are not in order. So that explains why it works on some and doesn't work on others.
