Kuroido Goroshi: Subbing Project (Complete) UPDATE!

Kuroido Goroshi (Fuji TV, 14 April 2018) is a 3 hour SP, serving as the second round continuation of the 2015 SP, "Orient Kyoukou Satsujin Jiken". Nomura Mansai reprises his role as the superb private detective, Suguro Takeru. This SP is based on Agatha Christie's 1926 Hercule Poirot mystery, "The Murder of Roger Akroyd", with screenplay adaptation by Mitani Koki.
This time, in 1952, years after the Orient Express Murder Case, Suguro Takeru has retired from detective work and moved to a quiant countryside village to raise pumpkins. However, murder occurs at the village. Kuroido Rokusuke (Endo Kenichi), the wealthy resident of the village was found killed inside his study room, stabbed in the back with his own dagger. The victim's adopted son and heir, Hyodo Haruo (Mukai Osamu) is the primary suspect. Believing in his innocence, the victim's niece, Hanako (Matsuoka Mayu) coaxes Suguro to come out of retirement and tackle the case. Suguro agrees and asks the village doctor, Dr. Shiba Heisuke (Oizumi Yo) to be his assistant. A missing letter, the strange placement of a chair, a torn piece of cloth, a mud-caked ring are just some of the clues that Suguro found interesting. Everyone present in and around the vicinity of the house on the night of the incident are deemed suspect. It seems everyone has an alibi but each is harboring some kind of secret as well...
